Thomas Oliphant

Thomas Oliphant, late of Aldersgate-Street, and formerly of Bartholomew-Close, both in the City of London, Tailor, was mentioned in the London Gazette, published on the 20th. July, 1811, as being a prisoner in the Giltspur-Street Compter, in the City of London.
